Produces “ICP Japan,” an ecosystem for creating use cases in Japan for the Internet Computer, a cryptographic protocol that decentralizes the cloud. As a DFINITY Foundation–certified evangelist (Japan Spoke / Co-Founder), works with the Foundation and hubs around the world (e.g., ICP Asia Alliance) to build the environment in Japan. The Internet Computer is both a public blockchain and a decentralized (non-centralized) cloud—an unprecedented new World Computer for the web3 era. Without relying on legacy infrastructure, everything can be implemented on the IC through advanced smart contracts. Tamper-proof, unstoppable web3 decentralized applications (dapps)—social media, games, metaverses, DeFi, enterprise systems, AI, and more—can be built in an integrated, multi-chain way.

Appointed Visiting Professor at iU (Professional University of Information and Management for Innovation), a university where every student founds a startup before graduating. As an innovator and Futurist who backcasts from the future, creates opportunities for industry-academia collaboration. In July 2022, launched the industry-academia research project “C3F”, themed on “NoCode, Metaverse, and Web3.0” (with a particular focus on evangelizing and incubating DFINITY / Internet Computer as a potential front-end foundation for Web3.0). Since 2024, has also been running “Meta Square,” a project to create new industries with the metaverse (Roblox), as a Blab project and in collaboration with seminar classes.

At a long-established venture company focused on NoCode/LowCode, serves as CINO (Chief Innovation Officer), a role dedicated to creating future businesses (BizDev). Produces interesting people, things, and initiatives that connect to the future, generating intangible assets and covering everything from open innovation to business creation. Launched “NOCODO,” a platform with more than 5,500 registered no-code professionals, and runs cutting-edge PoCs—including 3D × no-code with Roblox—through alliances. Since 2023, has produced new businesses including “Roblox (Metaverse) Solutions for Businesses, Regions, and Education” and “Metaverse Children's Nation (inquiry-based learning / regional collaboration).” Since 2024, has expanded these with solutions built on generative AI and AI agents.

Works to spread NoCode/LowCode in Japan and to build “an era in which everyone can be an inventor.” Activities began in 2019, and the organization was incorporated as a general incorporated association in 2020 (NoCoders Japan Association, now the AI&NoCoders Japan Association). In December 2020, together with three startup studios, realized Japan's first large-scale NoCode Summit—a first step toward democratizing IT together as “We.” Since 2021, has moved to a new multi-stakeholder structure to strengthen governance. Has partnered with many technology media outlets, including ITmedia and IT Trend, to host more than 30 events for over 2,000 executives, BizDev professionals, and DX leads, expanding the ecosystem of no-code vendors and partners and contributing to no-code adoption in Japan. Since 2023, has been running co-creation programs with vendors and partners.

As Japan Ambassador for “STEEM,” the world's first social blockchain (with over 1.2 million users worldwide at the time), spoke at many events and advised on token economies. Although built on DPoS (Delegated Proof of Stake), which is not fully decentralized, STEEM drew attention as a social experiment that ran applications such as blogs on a protocol-centered economic algorithm while giving users ownership. Brought its cutting-edge use cases to Japan.

Joined as a new graduate in 2009 and worked mainly on new business development. Led Android tablet device development and security services, and handled everything from launching a wholesale business (B2B2X model) to alliance sales. Worked with several hundred companies across diverse industries on service and business creation—from the seed stage through business planning, organizational coordination, decision support, development, training, maintenance, and service termination—building a foundation of experience as a generalist and BizDev professional.

Co-founded e3paper LLC (now TOSYO Inc.). Starting as an e-book distribution platform, launched a 3D asset platform business that included the manga creation tool “ComiPo!”, and also led the earliest planning stage of “Itaindo.”
